Drawing has always been a big part of my life. Patience and level of detail in particular fascinate me and it is often the thought of the final result that motivates me in my process – to work on the smallest details along the way and then step back and consider the whole. I also work as an independent songwriter & producer and my everyday life is filled with melodies, words and sounds that continuously circulate in my head. When I draw, I can put those thoughts in the background and in that way make room for a break and an inner peace. A calm that gets reflected in my drawings – often of cabins and houses surrounded by wild nature.
